Interactium Development Partner

19 December 2025 by PaLaDIn Comms

We’re excited to announce a major milestone for PaLaDIn: a contract has been officially signed with Promptly Health, who will work closely with the PaLaDIn consortium to develop and build the Interactium® .The Interactium® will be an innovative, secure, accessible, user-friendly and high-quality data collection platform, which will be used to accelerate the development of effective treatments and patient care, enhance healthcare decision-making and improve patient outcomes. The Interactium will link data collected in patient registries with data collected directly from patients. Linking together these different types of data will provide a more comprehensive view and natural history of a patient’s condition and could be used to support health care decision making, using data that’s important to patients and reflects their lived experience.

About Promptly Health

Promptly Health is a global provider of end-to-end Real World Evidence solutions, empowering healthcare organisations with high-quality clinical and patient generated data while maintaining privacy and security. They specialise in federated data infrastructure, harmonising clinical, socio-economic, claims, and patient reported datasets. With a presence across Europe, Asia, and Latin America and a track record of over 100 implementations across 30+ clinical pathways, Promptly Health brings deep expertise in driving data-driven healthcare improvements.

What’s next?

The coming months will represent a discovery phase for the Interactium® build as Promptly Health engages with PaLaDIn partners, our patient and caregiver user group, and industry representatives, to shape the Interactium® and ensures its success. A series of workshops are in plan that will enable those stakeholders to generate ideas, refine ideas into features and functionality, and define the specifications for the subsequent Interactium® development.
