D3.5 Stakeholder mapping analysis

The PaLaDIn work package for Communication, Dissemination, Exploitation and Scale Up is responsible for planning, developing and disseminating communications about the PaLaDIn project to external stakeholders. In order to achieve this, extensive mapping and analysis of all potential stakeholders needs to take place. This deliverable report details our inclusive approach to identifying all stakeholders with a potential interest and influence over the success of PaLaDIn. Stakeholder mapping can help to improve our communications and engagement strategy, mitigate risks that outputs of the project won’t be accepted or utilised by external stakeholders and identify opportunities to ensure that the outputs of PaLaDIn meet the needs of our stakeholders.

D3.1 Plan for dissemination and exploitation of results including communication activities

The PaLaDIn communication, dissemination, exploitation and scale-up work package is responsible for planning, developing and disseminating communications about the PaLaDIn project to our external audience. Our specific objectives are:

  1. To ensure effective external communication within the consortium and across all stakeholders.
  2. To maximise the impact by scaling up success from PaLaDIn firstly to all neuromuscular diseases and then across the wider rare disease field.
  3. To disseminate project results widely within the Europe and beyond, reaching decisionmakers, clinicians, patients, and the general public.

In order to fulfil the first objective of ensuring effective communication both within and outside the consortium, it is necessary to develop a plan for communication and dissemination to be utilised by the whole consortium. One important goal of this project is to widely disseminate information about PaLaDIn. This plan includes PaLaDIn’s communication strategy, as well as communications guidelines and processes to be utilised by all project partners.

Data analysis

D1.1 Data Management Plan

Data will be collected within PaLaDIn with the goal of facilitating the acceleration of the development of effective treatments and to establish best practice diagnosis and care for neuromuscular disease (NMD) patients worldwide by harnessing patient input and patient-generated health data to improve decision making, outcomes and healthcare solutions. The data that will be collected in PaLaDIn will be on a global scale and the data is predominately from patients with rare neuromuscular diseases. This deliverable outlines the data management plan for data collected within PaLaDIn. The collection of data may change during the project, and if this happens, the plan will be updated.
